[PRE-ORDER NOW](https://ambapress.com.au/collections/coming-soon/products/the-sustainability-myth) Publishing january 27, 2027 ### Powerful HubSpot Theme for Business & Agencies #### *Something is breaking in school leadership, and it is not the commitment of the people doing it. Every year, schools say yes to more worthwhile work than they can carry well, and the people closest to the consequences are left to absorb the cost.* #### The Sustainability Myth *is Lee Crockett's honest and forensic argument that the leadership sustainability crisis is not primarily a workload problem or a resilience problem. It is a judgement problem, and it will not be solved by helping leaders endure unreasonable conditions more gracefully. Drawing on years of work alongside school leaders and systems, Lee Crockett introduces frameworks that reframe how schools think about initiative load, organisational cost and professional judgement. From the Four Costs of every yes to the Judgement-Compliance Gap and Strategic Compliance, this book gives leaders the language, discipline and permission to make better decisions about what the work should be, not just how to manage more of it.* #### *For school leaders, system leaders and anyone responsible for the conditions in which educators do their best work, this is an urgent and necessary book.* ![Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat](https://leecrockett.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat.png?width=400&height=343&name=Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat.png "Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat") ## Pre-order Your Copy of The Sustainability Myth [PRE-ORDER NOW](https://ambapress.com.au/collections/coming-soon/products/the-sustainability-myth) Publishing January 27, 2027 ![Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat](https://leecrockett.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat.png?width=250&height=214&name=Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat.png "Sustainability-Myth-DS-flat") ### Pre-order Your Copy of The Sustainability Myth [PRE-ORDER NOW](https://ambapress.com.au/collections/coming-soon/products/the-sustainability-myth) Publishing January 27, 2027 [![Lee Crockett Logo rev](https://leecrockett.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Lee%20Crockett%20Logo%20rev.png?width=1500&height=237&name=Lee%20Crockett%20Logo%20rev.png "Lee Crockett Logo rev")](https://leecrockett.net/) [Follow us on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/lee-crockett/) [Follow us on Facebook](https://www.youtube.com/@LeeCrockett) ##### Top Resources [The Sustainability Myth Leadership Paper](https://leecrockett.net/the-sustainability-myth) [Leadership Pressure Triangle Leadership Paper](https://leecrockett.net/leadership-pressure-triangle) [6 Aspects of Excellence Guide](https://leecrockett.net/6-aspects-of-excellence) [Culture of Excellence Snapshot](https://score.leecrockett.net/snapshot) [Destinations, Milestones, Footsteps Guide](https://leecrockett.net/destinations-milestones-footsteps-guide) ##### Programs [Leadership Archetypes Program](https://leecrockett.net/leadership-archetypes) [Culture of Excellence Program](https://leecrockett.net/culture-of-excellence-program) [Professional Wellness Program](https://cultureofexcellence.net/professional-wellness) ##### Company Links [Contact Us](https://cultureofexcellence.net/contact)[Lee Crockett Media Kit](https://leecrockett.net/media-kit) [Terms](https://get.leecrockett.net/terms-of-service)  / [Privacy](https://get.leecrockett.net/privacy-policy) [特定商取引法に基づく表記 (Commercial Disclosure)](https://leecrockett.net/commercial-disclosure) © 2024 Lee Crockett - [leecrockett.net](https://leecrockett.net)
