##### Every school is on a journey—and the ones that thrive aren’t just managing; they’re evolving. But that’s tough when leadership is stuck in triage, staff are resistant to change, and students are checking out. This session is a chance to step back from the day-to-day and talk openly about the real challenges you're seeing—and what might be possible instead. I’m currently finalising my new book, *Culture of Excellence: The Path to Empowered Teaching, Inspired Learning, and Intentional Leadership*, and I’d love to send you a copy and hear your insights. There’s no pitch, no prep, and no pressure—just a meaningful conversation with someone who’s worked closely with hundreds of schools facing the same issues.
