My best-selling book Future-Focused Learning: 10 Essential Shifts of Everyday Practice is a roadmap to transformation used in PLCs, schools, and universities worldwide.

Schools and teachers everywhere know change needs to happen. We have all heard the reasons "why" for a very long time, but missing from the conversation is a definitive "how"—a results-based methodology for manageable change.

That is why I created the Future Focused Learning Network—a global professional learning community of educators that share the same passion. Inside are engaging themes, keynotes, resources, and challenges to provide meaningful professional learning and accelerate professional transformation for teachers and schools.

Many say that making a change in education is like turning a steamship and takes a long time and a massive effort. I disagree completely. We have constantly refined our programs, optimising them based on results to turn schools on a dime! With minimal but focused effort, together we can rapidly transform classroom practice and dramatically improve learning outcomes.
