Since adopting the Culture of Excellence framework, Weetangera Primary School has experienced demonstrable progress with implementing the 6 Aspects of Excellence. According to their annual Excellence Benchmark Report, their biggest areas of growth have been in Continuous Learning and Development, which grew from an already impressive 88% to 91%, and Engagement, Achievement, and Well-being, which saw a notable increase from 74% to 85%. Efficiency and Adaptability (77% to 83%) and Community and Stakeholder Engagement (43% to 64%) also demonstrated substantial improvement, reflecting the school’s adaptability and commitment to inclusivity.
