Case Summary
Youngtown embraced the Essential Fluencies to bring clarity, consistency, and shared language to teaching and learning. Teachers shifted from isolated strategies to a unified inquiry approach anchored in Scenario Learning and the 6Ds. This alignment strengthened collaboration, improved learner engagement, and created a cohesive whole-school framework for developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application.
